1. Cancel the order
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. You will receive an email when shipping.

2. Return & Exchange conditions
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, packaging to be accepted and in an unworn condition. However, you need to pay the return delivery fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, the following address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “2 for $250” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items you have already assembled or used
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Open Box Items
How to deal with the damage caused by the merchant：
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, you can contact [email protected], and we will afford the delivery fee. Well take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
How to deal with the replacement：
If you want to replace the items, please re-purchase after returning them.
3. Return address:
When you send a return request, we will send a email to you with Return address, Postcode, Company/name, and Phone.
4. Return form:
We will provide you with the warehouse address via email, and you can send it back.
If your item is damaged or defective, we will arrange fora courier to pick up the package (we will contact you in advance and arrange for a courier to pick up the package when you are at home). You can also send it back by yourself, and we will refund the shipping cost.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
